After three community engagement meetings focused on the design of a new Blaine Library, Whatcom County Library System, Friends of the Blaine Library and the City of Blaine held a Design Reveal meeting. On Tuesday, Feb. 11, at the Blaine Senior Center, architects presented a community-driven redesign of the current Blaine Library based on input gathered at the meetings and online survey. Attendees were offered a virtual reality tour of the design.
