Ready Player One As popular as this book is, I still think it doesn’t get enough attention because of the movie (which was great… until I read the book). I’ve reread it at least 5 times now and it just gets better every time, the movie just overshadows so much of the characters development.
The Perks of Being a Wallflower I loved the format of written letters, and it works so well for Charlie and how he thinks.
Fangirl My favorite book for a solid year in early middle school, it’s honestly so cheesy but in the best way possible. Finding out the connection between this and “Carry On” also by Rowell was so fun.
Every Day Weird concept, but I liked it. The whole book feels like you’re standing on your tippy toes trying to reach the cookie jar, but totally worth it.
