Edgar Award Winners Announced Print

The prestigious Edgar Allan Poe Awards (popularly called the Edgars) are presented every year by the Mystery Writers of America, honoring the best in mystery fiction, nonfiction, television, film, and theater published or produced in the previous year.  Ken Follett and Margaret Maron are this year's Grand Masters, a special award that recognizes authors who have made significant contributions to the mystery field over time, as well as producing work of consistently high quality.  Isn't the ceramic statuette of Poe an interesting little figure compared to the gold Oscar and Emmy Award statues!  See a list of Edgar winners HERE.
