Mark Warren opens his new Kindle FireSeventy five gracious WCLS patrons participated in an online study of the Library's website this summer.  Lynden patron Mark Warren was the lucky winner of the grand prize "Thank You" drawing: a Kindle Fire!

Participation from Mark and other patrons helped the design team learn that online library users over 18 love to search.  Also, library users typically find out about library services, whether online or in-library, from library staff or friends and family members.

Thanks goes to the Whatcom County Library Foundation for their generous support of the study and for donating the Kindle Fire as the incentive.

WCLS also thanks everyone for their input. Congratulations to Mark Warren on winning the drawing for the Kindle Fire.
