  • Where will my donation go?  Donations directly support the Whatcom County Library System by funding grants to WCLS staff and Friends of the Library groups for programs and special projects.   The Foundation is a board of volunteers, so none of your donation will go towards administrarive costs.  Paypal deducts 2.9% + $0.30 of every online donation.
  • Is my donation tax deductible?  Yes! Your donations are tax deductible. The Whatcom County Library Foundation (WCLF) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) Corporation.  All donations to WCLF are tax deductible. WCLF Board Members volunteer their time and energy to the Foundation.  You can find WCLF on GuideStar.
