Members of Whatcom County Library Friends groups and the Whatcom County Library Foundation are invited to the
WCLS Annual Friends and Foundation Gathering,
November 7th from noon to 3 p.m.
Deming Library, 5044 Mt. Baker Highway.
Come join us for sharing, caring, laughs and joy to appreciate all of our friends and foundation volunteers. Bring a potluck dish.
Please RSVP to reception at WCLS Central Services at 384-3150 ext. 200 by October 19th. After Oct 19th call to see if space is available.

"We've Got Talent" Community Talent Show |

 “You’ll be the judge!” at the Mt. Baker High School Auditorium, Saturday, November 7th at 7 p.m. The audience's vote will determine the winners. Your admission ticket gives you one vote, plus each Dodson's IGA receipt you bring gives you an extra vote. Interested performers may contact Ellen Dodson through the Deming Library. 1st prize: $250, 2nd prize: $150, 3rd prize: $100.
Admission: Adults - $5, Students $3, children under 12 free.

Homeschoolers Game Time |

An open game time for anyone who home schools. All ages are welcome and open to all kids. First Friday of the month, November 6, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m., Deming Library Community Meeting Room. Bring your favorite board games. Eat before you come, because game time is a "food free zone."
