It's time for a PARTY!!  The Point Roberts Branch has been the lucky recipient of a Circus themed quilt for the Children's Room.  A reception is planned to welcome the quilt and thank quilter Judith Ross for her delightful gift.  Refreshments will be served.  Everyone is welcome.
