The 2nd annual "Summertime on Lummi" FOIL Photo Contest is under way.  Photos taken between 4:28 a.m. June 21 (summer solstice) and midnight September 6 (Labor Day) are eligible. Professional photographers will choose a winner in each of the following categories: Island Scenery/Landmarks, Island People, Island Pets, Abstract, and Best Overall.
